From the roots to nowadays

Francesca, a Sicilian architect, embarked on a dream 24 years ago to transform part of her home in the heart of Rome into a B&B. Thus, 'A Casa di Giulia' was born, named after her first daughter, where every guest was welcomed with the warmth typical of the South. However, Francesca's professional commitments put this dream on hold for several years. In 2017, inspired by her daughters Giulia and Rachele's passion for hospitality, the dream was reignited.



This is how Roma Bnb came to life. Today, we proudly manage several holiday homes in the most charming areas of Rome, with a continuous ambition to grow and expand.




What sets us apart? We keep the spirit of authentic hospitality alive, blending family warmth and Southern tradition with Roman charm, offering our guests a unique and unforgettable experience in the Eternal City.

Best Airbnb in Rome! Monti is an amazing neighborhood with so many restaurants & close to all of the monuments, so the location was 10/10. The apartment itself was so adorable & beautiful. Host picked us up from the airport! Was such a lovely experience & wish we had booked it for a longer amount of time!

The hosts were great, friendly and helpful and always available. The property was central and comfortable. Campo di Fiori on the doorstep was fab. The apartment was decorated beautifully italian. There is a bar close to the apartment but with windows closed it was very peaceful. Would highly recommend this property.
