We offer a variety of charming properties located in the most characteristic neighborhoods of Rome. They are all indipendent apartments. Each accommodation is designed to provide an authentic Roman experience, blending comfort with local tradition.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly through our website. Simply select your desired property, choose your dates, and follow the prompts to complete your booking. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.What amenities are included in the accommodations?
Our properties come equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi,heating system, air conditioning, Smart TV and kitchen facilities. Additionally, we provide exclusive touches that reflect the essence of Roman hospitality.
Is breakfast included in my stay?
While breakfast is not included in the accommodations, we have great advices for guests to enjoy traditional Roman breakfast experiences nearby. We can recommend local cafés and brunch places that serve delicious local fare.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy generally allow you to cancel the booking within 7 days before your arrival. For any questions, our team is here to assist you.
Which are extra services not included in the price of the accomodation?
There is an extra fee for cleaning service and towels which varies depending on the property. Feel free to contact us for more informations.
How does it work the check-in procedure?
We normally ask to our guests to fill an online form of pre check-in and then we welcome them in person the day of their arrival. Usually is it better to advise us 20 minutes before arriving to the property so that we can be there we you'll arrive!
Do you have specific time for check-in?
We are always available for the check-in but if the arrival time is after 20.00 there will be an extra fee to pay.
How does it work the check out procedure?
Check out is really simple, you will just need to leave the keys on the table.
How do I go from the airport to the apartment?
There are different ways to go from the airport to the apartment:
- Take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to the Termini station (30 min lenght / 14€)
- Arrange with us a private transfer
- Take a Taxi or an Uber at the airport
